Work with deals
Overview
Deals can be managed using a variety of actions, each designed to give you full control over your deal configurations. These actions enable you to modify deal settings, duplicate deals, delete them, or review their history. Specifically, you can:
- Edit: adjust the settings of a deal to meet your needs.
- Copy: create a new deal by duplicating an existing one, with the option to modify settings as needed.
- Delete: permanently remove a deal.
- Deactivate/Activate: temporarily pause a deal or reactivate it without the need to delete it.
- View history: access a detailed log of all changes made to a deal.
Access
To manage deals, select Deals from the navigation menu. You will see the list of deals along with their details.
Edit deal
To edit a deal, follow these steps:
- Select Deals from the navigation menu.
- Click the three-dot icon on the right of a deal.
- Select Edit.
- Select Edit next to the relevant deal sections and update them.
- Select Save.
Copy deal
To copy a deal, follow these steps:
- Select Deals from the navigation menu.
- Click the three-dot icon on the right of a deal.
- Select Copy.
- Optional: Update the deal configuration.
- Select Copy.
The copied deal will be added to the Deals list.
Delete deal
To delete a deal, follow these steps:
- Select Deals from the navigation menu.
- Click the three-dot icon on the right of a deal.
- Select Delete.
- In the Deleting a deal dialogue box, select Delete.
Deactivate/Activate deal
To deactivate/activate a deal, follow these steps:
- Select Deals from the navigation menu.
- Click the three-dot icon on the right of a deal.
- Select Deactivate/Activate.
For deactivated deals, the deal status will change to Deactivated. For activated deals, the status will change to Delivering.
View history
To display a deal change log, follow these steps:
- Select Deals from the navigation menu.
- Click the three-dot icon on the right of a deal.
- Select View history.
