Low-emission inventory targeting
Overview
GreenPMP identifies and blocks high-emission sites in real time, allowing you to target only lower-emission inventory and reduce the carbon footprint of your campaign.
GreenPMP is powered by Sharethrough in partnership with Scope3. Its mechanism is based on Scope3 measuring the carbon emissions of the entire programmatic supply chain and allocating part of the media cost toward carbon removal projects to offset those emissions.
Access
To access low-emission inventory targeting, select Media Planning from the navigation menu. The low-emission inventory targeting options will appear in the Supply Chain Optimization & Sustainability section of the Targeting panel. You can also access low-emission inventory targeting directly from the line item page. For more information, see Create line item: targeting.
Target low-emission inventory
Enable GreenPMP
To target low-emission inventory by excluding high emission sites, follow these steps:
- In the Targeting section, expand the Supply Chain Optimization & Sustainability tab.
- Select the checkbox next to GreenPMP.
