Addressable TV targeting
Overview
Addressable TV is a specific form of in-stream video advertising for internet-connected TV sets that offer video on demand.
Access
To access addressable TV targeting, select Media Planning from the navigation menu. The addressable TV targeting options will appear in the Advanced TV section of the Targeting panel. You can also access addressable TV targeting directly from the line item page. For more information, see Create line item: targeting.
Configure addressable TV targeting
To configure addressable TV targeting, follow these steps:
- In the Targeting section, expand the Advanced TV tab.
- Select the options for the following fields:
- Distributor: services or entities that deliver and distribute streaming content to CTV devices.
- Network: CTV networks that own TV channels.
- Category: specific CTV segments created by Equativ.
- Channel: CTV channels, such as MSNBC, Comedy Central.
- OTT: compatible bundles in line with the over-the-top (OTT) definition. It refers to real TV content consumed through the internet.
