Use client portal resources

Overview

Equativ's Client portal is your single entry point to access all of Equativ's help resources, tools and means of communication. This article summarizes all available resources and useful information needed on a regular basis when using Equativ's Client portal.

Resources, features and tools

Documentation

The Client portal provides the following types of documentation:

  • Platform documentation: online help articles, setup guides, troubleshooting articles, and ad format specifications 
  • Known error articles: issues known to Equativ that will be fixed. Articles include solutions, descriptions, and workarounds.

Case management

When facing a problem, you can use the “Contact Support” button at the bottom of the page and create a support case to be resolved by Equativ's support team. You can manage all of your cases in the Client portal: following up on case status, changing priority, closing cases etc.; more details in Create and manage support cases.

Equativ University

The Equativ University is a series of detailed online courses to learn about Equativ's features and solutions, including quizzes. The Equativ University portal also provides a self-onboarding course. For more information, see Take self-onboarding course.

Equativ's customer support delivery centers are available at the following business hours:

Manage personal profile and settings

To edit your personal profile and your personal settings:

  • click on Log In
  • click on the avatar icon in the top right corner
  • click on My Profile to edit your personal information
  • click on My settings to edit your personal settings, including:
    • the Language — used by Equativ to distribute cases among the local service teams
    • the Email notifications — allowing you to configure for which activities/operations in the Client portal you wish to get notified by Email
