Contact support

Get domain approval

Overview

Using the client portal, you can quickly send a request to Equativ’s Support Team to approve a list of domains for your network. Your request will be stored as a support case with a case number used for reference.  This article describes the creation and handling of domain approval requests. To learn more about support cases, see the Create and manage support cases article.

Request creation

1. Go to Help center > Contact support.

2. In the Support contact page, click the Domain Approval Request button.

3. You will be displayed with a new window where you can upload or drop files in one of the supported formats: .csv, .xls, .xlsx, containing the list of domains you would like Equativ to approve for your network.

Make sure your domain file has the correct structure by checking it against the templates available in the Domain Approval Request form. Also, if you act as an Intermediary, it is mandatory for you to add the seller IDs in your file (see Sellers.json and Supply Chain Object compliancy for more details).

4. When you click the Send button, your request will be automatically created as a support case named "Domain Approval Date - account name - network id" with the domain file attached.

Request processing

Once your request is sent, a member of Equativ’s Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible. To access your requests, go to the My cases and select the All requests option. For more information on support case processing, see Create and manage support cases.
