Monitor deals

Overview

This article explains the tools you can use to monitor your deals on a daily basis.

Deal list filters

Go to Campaigns > Deals to display the deal list; you can apply deal status filters, advanced filters and period filters.

Deal status filters

The deal statuses are only assigned to private auctions and preferred deals which do not have any start/end date (no Scheduling). Statuses are assigned with a latency of up to 6 hours.

  • Delivering - new, active deals or active deals that got impressions
  • Not delivering - deals that are not delivering because at least one of the following statuses applies:
    • No Bid requests - deal has not sent any bid requests within the last 5 hours
    • No Bids - deal has not received any bid responses within the last 12 hours
    • No Wins - deal has not received any winning impressions (server side impressions) within the last 12 hours
    • No Impressions - deal has not received client side impressions within the last 12 hours
  • Soon deactivated - active deals that have sent bid requests but not received bid responses for 8 consecutive months. The day counting is reinitialized when the deal stops sending bid requests, is paused or is modified; the deal stays in Soon deactivated status for another 4 months and then becomes Deactivated
  • Deactivated - inactive deals; deals that have sent bid requests but have not received any bid responses for one full year

Private auctions / preferred deals with a start and end date as well as guaranteed deals are never deactivated automatically: you must set them to status Deactivated manually. Note that the deactivation must happen before the associated insertion went into status "Archived" (insertions are set to status "Archived" 10 days after they ended).

Advanced filters

You can apply the following advanced filters: Categories (deal types and display of Auction packages, which are not shown by default), Insertions, Buyers, Sites, Pages, Formats, Countries, Templates (script templates), Platforms and Rules impact.

In the Period date picker, select from: Last hour, Last 6 hours, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month.
