Add third-party measurement code

To add the third party measurement code, follow these steps:

  1. Add or edit a creative.
  2. In the Add a creative or Edit a creative window, select Add new third-party measurement.
  3. In the Third-party measurement field, paste the JavaScript code or URL. Take into consideration the following requirements:
  • Third-party measurement JavaScript codes must start with <script> and end with </script>.
  • Third-party measurement URLs must be valid, secure links that start with https://.
  • You can add a maximum of ten third-party measurement JavaScript codes or URLs.
  • You can use macros in third-party measurement tags. For more information, see Use macros.
  1. For Vendor and Purpose fields, see Vendor and purpose.

Vendor and Purpose

To comply with the GDPR privacy legislation, the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) requires to specify the vendor and purpose for each third-party measurement JavaScript code or URL.

Once you paste the third-party measurement JavaScript code or URL, the vendor and purpose will be auto-selected. If you are missing a vendor or purpose, contact your Equativ representative.
